Meet Fujioka Sayuri. She's probably not someone who'd make a lasting impression if you're judging her by first impressions, because like all the best people, the worstand best is yet to come. Besides, she's usually distantly polite to the strangers she has no interest in. You have to be persistent to get anywhere, anyhow. This seventeen year old witch will only use magic as a last resort, don't worry, unless you happen to cause her distress or she really, really doesn't like the look of your face. Although intelligent, you'd find her often acting on impulse and not being very apologetic for her actions. She's a hard character to grasp without enough communication and uh, threading, so, I guess you should read on.

She's the type of girl who would easily prefer to be alone, she's utterly independent and doesn't really need anyone around. She acts incredibly distant, yet polite, to those she has no reason to dislike, but once she gets to know you, she becomes more sarcastic, witty and rude, in some sense. You'd have to have the guts and determination if you want a decent friendship with her. Generally though, Sayuri has no interest in explicitly disliking and hating people unless there is a good reason for it, but she's not interested in befriending just anyone. You've got to be interesting, see? Most likely, if you're not human, she'll be subtly interested in you more. Humans are boring, anyway. They're usually losers, in her books. Basically, if you're interesting, she has no reason to dislike you, and you have similar interests/personality, just add more communication and let her get used to you, and then we're in business. Once she's used to people, she likes to keep them close.

In general, when making friends, Sayuri dislikes involving family politics into it, but with enemies, it's a different story. Just by looking at you pathetic face, knowing your worthless name, will make her want to throw up. With people she has no reason to dislike, she will remain polite, always, and give people a level of respect. With people she dislikes, she won't even bother remembering names. She'll probably remember your name if her family doesn't like it though. And boy, she will spit it out with as much distaste as a high schooler can. Most of the time, if you're in her bad books, you usually stay there forever. But of course, that's subject to conditions. You know, like all the good things in life. Sayuri, in the end, likes to think she is her own person, therefore there is a chance to redeem yourself from her bad books. You just have to try really, really hard. Things like rivalries could work, but it depends if she sees the challenge or the interest. Usually, Sayuri is a pretty apathetic person. Also, she seems to have a general dislike for those of the opposite sex, of course, with a few exceptions. She's rather competitive, see. And of course, there would be a few who just can't take her harsh insults and cruel personality. Not that she'd ever care. Those people are weaklings to her eyes.

It's not as if Sayuri isn't interested in romance, or as if she doesn't know what it is. She's just incredibly picky, see. She's curious, because of all the 'hype' around it. Y'know, all the girls chatter about it and she doesn't understand why everyone thinks it's so great. I think Sayuri would be the type to be chased, and swept off her feet. She's very devoted and loyal, so it's likely that if she likes you, she probably won't let you go... yeah. The most likely situation is a friends turn crush kind of thing. Or maybe it's love at first sight, we never know. But one thing's for sure. Since she's demisexual, she has to feel a strong connection toward the other person. Gender doesn't really matter to her. Just the connection.
