Oh yeah these two would probably be friends but the dynamic between these two would be ridiculous. Takashi won't bother to even tell Ryuu to stop mooching off of him, he has a thing for leaving a grenade in you're locker if you annoy him. so like because tsuki is a pretty curious girl who's drawn to danger and adventure, i can see her finding ryuu a very interesting guy. and the chances are she'll also find him quite attractive in this weird, badboy sense. this will prolly lead to her trying to observe him like she did with ringo. and the fact that he's a demigod will just make tsuki even more fascinated with him because all her life she lived with traditional japanese demons and never had much contact with other species.

Despite generally being ruthless as a hunter, Yuuko still feels bad and at least tries to stay polite as possible despite the high-stakes and dangerous situations she's in. With Ryuu, she will feel absolutely none of that sympathy. He's manipulative, doing things for the shits and giggles and just an asshole in general. Which is something that she simply can't stand, despite her forgiving nature.

So, it's very likely she'll be tailing him and they'll get into fights and Ryuu will just be like "lol bye" and take off at the last second. Leaving Yuuko standing in the streets with the fist raised in the air.
