In this case his father was the human and at the time of Aalekh's conception resided in a city in India. Aalekh grew up in the city for the first half of his life. Once he reached the age of 8 he moved to America. He only live in America for four years. His father had made a profit by inventing new military technologies, that was his business. Aalekh then learned his father had invested in the Japanese technology market and had moved there, he had practically changed his work from the military to the general populace. Aalekh's father didn't forget his roots as a military student and after 4 more years in Japan Aalekh was sent to Hyaku to learn more about the military and how it worked. Aalekh was eventually overcome by his father's simple obsession with making the next big hit. The house eventually became too cluttered and Aalekh who was accustomed to managing a household himself asked his dad to get a separate apartment. Aalekh's father agreed and Aalekh moved into his own apartment. He never figured out who his godly parent was and still hopes he might. Aalekh has always been a 4.0 student but after coming to Japan his grades dropped slightly, it may just be his crazy teenager hormones coming into action. His mother was a water dragon deity and had control over water which is where Aalekh get his peculiar ability from and some of his more snake like habits.
