[bg=#ececec][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=align,center,true][atrb=width,425,true] Chase was born to your average, middle class family in the United States of America's southern states. Chase had a very down to earth and loving family, ones that did everything they could for their son despite their low income. He wasn't the most popular kid in school, but it wasn't like he didn't have friends, he rested somewhere in the middle during his elementary school years and even up to middle school. It was during his middle school years that his class started up a pen pal system, and Chase was partnered up with another student in Japan who was nick named Taka. He and Taka would talk to each other every week, telling each other different things about life at home. Things seemed to be going pretty good for the boy until tragedy struck Chase's life when both of his parents were killed in a car accident while driving back home from their work. This pretty much destroyed Chase's life and dropped him into the lap of his Uncle's care. His Uncle was a drunkard, who always gambled and treated Chase like burden and a curse than a nephew. Taka had explained the situation to the parents and so, with the hurried consent of his Uncle to get the boy out of his life again, Chase was flown over seas to go to the same school as Taka was. Chase was excited that he got to go to a new school in a new place, glad to be out of the care of his Uncle and to get a fresh start in his life. He has gotten himself situated at his new home as Taka's roommate and is excited to be able to start school at the academy soon.

[bg=#ececec][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=align,center,true][atrb=width,425,true] Chase was blessed with the gift of an adaptive muscle memory system. Basically anything he see's someone do whether it be a martial arts style or drawing a picture, he can copy it perfectly without any practice upon the subject. There are things he can't copy however, such as someone's powers like super strength, firebolts, etc. With this adaptive muscle memory, he seems to have heightened reflexes as well to help him to react to outside situations better. Chase is quite smart, and usually when he gets ready to go to bed he is found reading various chemistry books and things of that nature. He owns a special pair of gloves that are a two way attack device. The knuckles have a titanium and steel mixture in them to help boost his punching damage while the palms and bottoms of his fingers have small electric devices placed on them to act like a tazer should he palm them or things of that nature. The electric current is turned on by him clapping his hands together three times and cuts off when he rubs his hands together to kill the current. He looks at Taka as sort of a brother figure despite how annoyed he gets sometimes and can get rather protective of him should he get into trouble.
