Suprisingly enough, Tsuki seems like a kind of person that Yuuko would desperately want to be friends with because of her looks, but she's be too shy to approach her because she thinks Tsuki is "popular" and will reject her. So, Yuuko kind of stalks her and eventually (thanks to her experiance) starts to put together the fact that Tsuki might not exactly be human. She finds herself conflicted because she doesn't know whether or not she should be looking at Tsuki as a threat or if she's potentially another protector of the town.

Eventually, her desire to know more over comes her fear and she tries to be friends with Tsuki? From there Yuuko could end up being on of her playthings or maybe become a friend? So long as she isn't physically hurting people I doubt Yuuko is going to care about the fact that Tsuki is a youkai and into mischief.

Hiroto is an idiot. Full stop. -and he's incredibly oblivious too. Tsuki could totally take advantage of this in whatever way she sees fit. Basically these two would be friends through their mutual friends. We all know that Takashi is quite the interesting character with him being quite the combat pragmist so perhaps the two can go about causing trouble. Despite the fact that he's supposed to he disciplining people, Taka due to his friends will get into his fair share of trouble and loves the challenge each one brings so that he can map out the exit strategy. I see bickering to be likely since they both are sarcastic and I think it'd be cool for them to be a 1-2 punch should some poor soul attempt to interfere.

C: so, since these two are friends of friends there are really two possibilities depending on whom did takashi know tsuki from, seeing that both chihiro and yukari are good friends with him. chihiro and tsuki have this partners-in-crime kind of relationship where they would just sneak in hyaku and cause shit then retreat and have a good laugh about it later. other times they're on friendly terms where the two girls can poke fun at one another without really getting mad. not to mention chi-chan knows about tsuki being a youkai so she trusts the vp on some level. so if taka caught chihiro in hyaku during a sabotage mission of hers he'd met tsuki at some point. even if she's most likely in her cat form. yukari and tsuki on the other hand didn't get along as well, and would just butt head every time they encounter each other. mainly because yukari tries to hug her to death every time she sees tsuki as a cat and tsuki being too childish to realize it's not really yukari's fault that she's so cute/shot. but yeah these two just ended up being enemies without poor yukari actually knowing why than tsuki randomly being a bitch to her. but yeah, in general i can see these two pairing up and just do what trouble makers do best. prolly not in hyaku or st.v, but everywhere else in the city. and tsuki would be very interested and totally fascinated by all the destructive technologies takashi can get his hands on, because she rarely comes to contact with things like that growing up as a youkai, who lives deep deep in the forest, mind you. so it probably won't be wise to actually let her get her paws on one lol. but yeah, there'll definitely be a lot of bickering, because like i said tsuki is super childish and easily provoked. and tends to take the most random things seriously. so like, i pity the poor soul that gets caught up in that mess lol [/style][/style]

Okay so these two are classmates, but I don't imagine they'd get along too well? If she has a tendency to get in to unsavory shenanigans and meandoings (lol what), it might be enough to reach Himawari's ears, gossip-wise. And since Himawari's a frequent peruser of the grapevine (read as: an insufferable gossip), a negative reputation'd probably be enough for Himawari to be like "oh i don't wanna hang out with her if she's a jerk" and since Himawari can be a bit of a duncecap anyway, I figured they might just have a sort of mutual casual dislike going on or something.
