(go read tsuki's app?) there is no specific requirements other than them being at least part supernatural creature (non-japanese ones are fine too) and living in the north district. plot-wise it depends entirely on your character because it's pretty much open and i'm excited with any kind of plotage :3 so yeah, if anyone is interested just post on this thread/pm/hunt me down in the cbox! ouo
